We aim to deliver all orders within 2–3 business days across Saudi Arabia. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and external factors.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before completing your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience. You can pay for your order in cash at the time of delivery.
Please ensure you have the exact amount ready, as delivery agents may not always carry change.

Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all major cities and regions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can monitor your delivery.

Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier issues, or high order volumes.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

مدة التوصيل
نحن نسعى لتوصيل جميع الطلبات خلال 2–3 أيام عمل داخل المملكة العربية السعودية. قد تختلف مدة التوصيل قليلاً حسب موقعك والظروف الخارجية.

معالجة الطلبات
يتم تجهيز جميع الطلبات خلال 24 ساعة من تأكيد الطلب. الطلبات التي يتم تقديمها خلال عطلة نهاية الأسبوع أو الإجازات الرسمية سيتم معالجتها في يوم العمل التالي.

رسوم الشحن
يتم احتساب رسوم الشحن (إن وجدت) وعرضها عند إتمام عملية الشراء قبل الدفع.

الدفع عند الاستلام (COD)
نوفر خدمة الدفع عند الاستلام لراحتكم، حيث يمكنكم الدفع نقداً عند استلام الطلب.
يرجى التأكد من توفر المبلغ كاملاً، حيث قد لا يتوفر لدى مندوب التوصيل الباقي.

مناطق التوصيل
نقوم بالتوصيل إلى جميع المدن والمناطق الرئيسية داخل المملكة العربية السعودية.

تتبع الطلب
بعد شحن طلبك، سيتم تزويدك برقم تتبع عبر الرسائل النصية أو البريد الإلكتروني لمتابعة حالة الشحنة.

التأخير
نسعى دائماً للتوصيل في الوقت المحدد، ولكن قد تحدث بعض التأخيرات بسبب ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا مثل الأحوال الجوية أو ضغط الطلبات أو مشاكل شركات الشحن.

العنوان غير الصحيح
يرجى التأكد من صحة بيانات العنوان، حيث أننا غير مسؤولين عن أي تأخير أو فشل في التوصيل بسبب معلومات غير صحيحة.
